- In the Open field menu, type the path C:\ProgramData\COMMON FILES\ and choose OK. Windows is been displayed and click on OK.
- In the Folder window tab, chose Organize then click on Properties.
- In the Properties window, move to the Security tab.
- Choose the Advanced button.
- Select the Edit button.
- Move down the list of Permissions and right-click on the SYSTEM user.
- Click on to the checkbox for the Full Control row and choose OK.
- Alter all current permissions.
- Choose OK
- Click to Install QuickBooks Desktop.

- On your keyboard, hold Windows + R to open the Run window.
- You can hold Ctrl + C for Copy and Ctrl + V for paste RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Options_RunDLL 0 and hold Enter.
- IN the View tab, toggle to the Advanced Settings list.
- Click on OK and continue with installation of QuickBooks Desktop.
